The school Transition year debate team participated in a philosophical debate in UCC. Jenny O'Keeffe and Beth O'Reilly were second proposition for the motion "This house believes that 'Toddlers and Tiaras' and other child beauty pageants are disgusting". The girls gave a great argument and came away with Best Team! They will be going forward to the quarter final in UCC in December
