Rang Moira TY Healthy Living Group are organisnig a water challenge and we ask all of you to get involved and as we say, "feel the difference"! The Water Challenge involves drinking 1.5 Litres of water everyday for 2 weeks and we promise you, the benefits you get from it will far exceed the effort of drinking all that water! Some of the worthwhile benefits include:
- helps clear skin
- protects and moisturises joints
- reduces headaches
- concentration: keeping enough body fluids i.e. water for mental alertness and concentration
- detoxes: gets rid of bad chemicals which may be in your system
